This dessert quickly became a crowd favourite as soon as we opened....let's see what is the best way to describe it? It's a shortbread crust layered with butter, sweetened condensed milk, baked together and exquisitely topped with chocolate chips and Skor bits for an ultra yummy guilt free treat.

The Lum Family

My parents were part of the legacy of Lichee Gardens. Food has always fascinated me. My dad always told me to never serve any food that you wouldn't eat yourself. I wanted to bring back the nostalgia of yesteryear, classic food that we knew as a child.
