This dessert quickly became a crowd favourite as soon as we opened....let's see what is the best way to describe it? It's a shortbread crust layered with butter, sweetened condensed milk, baked together and exquisitely topped with chocolate chips and Skor bits for an ultra yummy guilt free treat.
